This was my first ever copyright strike on a my tiny, little, non-monetized YouTube channel.

I’ve got lots of rafting videos up with copyrighted music, for which the artist gets a few pennies per year.

Paramount FTW!
UPDATE: Paramount just successfully forced YouTube to block this Canadian video of the censored 60 Minutes CECOT segment on "copyright grounds."

Man, the lawyers must've been paid a lot to work overtime

The NFL will have to stop giving the kickers those balls before game day. The rule change really allows them to doctor those balls to great effect.
Football is not its best version of itself if you can kick a 60-yard FG like that ho hum on a fourth-and-3 in that spot. Amazing stuff but objectively not as compelling as Marmalard being forced to throw for the yardage. It's a gameplay problem. You gotta fix it

Stopped by Costco on my way back from hiking and finally had one of the $1.50 hot dog and soda combos. I've had a membership for almost a year now and hadn't had one yet.

Pretty good hot dog, and a great one for $1.50. And $20 off a very nice humidifier in the visit. God bless.

We just did that too. It’s unusually mild this fall season in the PNW.
Every week I pick what I am certain is the last bouquet of the year for my wife and yet with no hard frost yet, flowers are sill forming new buds and new flowers. Here is the Nov 22 bouquet

New Epstein reports keep surfacing.
Central Washington deserves clarity. Where’s Newhouse?
He told a local audience he supports releasing the files — but he wouldn’t sign the discharge petition to force a vote. You can’t say “release them” and then duck the one tool that makes it happen.

"I write for the New York Times, and I can assure you that we've never buried stories on behalf of powerful people, many of those powerful people being part of NYT management. We only publish what's fit to print, like Zohran's application to Columbia that was leaked by a white nationalist"
I don't understand why people have to concoct wild conspiracy theories in order to critique the NYT. I say this as someone who writes for them: there is plenty to critique without making up wild scenarios and insisting they're true!

The SS Edmund Fitzgerald was lost 50 years ago today — around the time Gordon Lightfoot was at work on a new album.

An experienced Great Lakes sailor who knew those waters well, he later told NPR he was surprised that media coverage gave “short shrift for such a monumental event.”

Interestingly, indigenous people knew how to cure ass worms - pumpkin seeds have a chemical that paralyzes them so they can crawl out and lay their eggs on your butthole, this breaking the cycle.
