On the one hand yes, pretty unambitious, but on the other hand.. I still actually struggle to believe they'd really upzone this currently almost all-SFH neighborhood. Especially all the way up the hill to Charlestown.

Here is the same thing but with every downzone area I can see circled. I count 37 total areas. Some are the neighborhood center shrinkage that we knew about, but others are... just entire corridors getting chopped

This guy is great. Also I really hope the postmortem on this attack explains why the fat shambling cowardly killer this guy disarmed, several minutes into the rampage, was permitted by the cops to mosey back up to the footbridge, re-arm himself, and resume shooting.
