the question to ask about this is, okay, he wants to cancel the midterms. how does he get the VA state board of elections to cancel the midterms? how does he get the georgia board of elections to do it? how does he convince republican house members to quit their jobs and give up their paychecks?
Trump says a lot of deranged shit, but, per this Reuters article — and the threats of invoking the Insurrection Act in Minnesota this morning — he is very clearly exploring how to cancel the midterms.

Not super in love with how we are speed-running both WWIII and Civil War 2 right now
Most US media is downplaying this by talking about how few soldiers were sent to Greenland yesterday by the Nordic countries, but omits the fact that they’re all planning officers, preparing first for a large exercise followed by long term stay by a larger force.
The Danish foreign minister, coming out of a meeting with the Americans: "It's clear that the president has this wish of conquering Greenland."
I don't think that people have quite measured the severity of what is happening nor the intensity of the required response.

Another post! :)) This was a portrait I did of Llyran using TOOLI-ART acrylic markers! They’re super fun to use and the nature colours set gave me a fantastic range of less saturated colours that worked really nicely together :))
