For those not fluent in Catholic: refusing the Monstrance is not denying prisoners the Eucharist, it is refusing Christ himself, since Christ is present in the Monstrance.

If Portland’s blow up animals are the right language for Portland, this is the right language for Chicago.

I skip the ice - heat, Robax, a bunch of back flexion and hip stretches. Standing desk rather than sitting so I can keep it moving. I've been told magnesium supplements are helpful too, gonna try that. (though with MY coffee intake and veg consumption I should be jes' fine for magnesium levels?)

I know people who will text me, while I'm driving to meet them, to ask if I'm on my way, and my response (when I get to them and see the text/they mention it) is "if I don't answer, I'm on my way. If I DO answer, I'm not in my car."

Generally the word "city" is feminine but when you're referring to a specific city by name the gender is way more undefined. (yeah, cities are gender fluid in French). But I think Sapporo would generally be masculine?
