The 8% of children, 3% of adults thing is wild to state uncritically, given that ADHD is a chronic condition i.e. does not get better over time, does not go away. If 8% of children have it, then so do 8% of adults.

Can confirm that my ADHD didn’t magically disappear when I turned 18.
Guardian headline: 'use of ADHD meds has more than tripled!! 😱😭🚨'

Article details: barely anyone who might need the meds has access to them 🤷🏻‍♀️

Some perspective: The S&P opened down -1.3% on Trump's Greenland saber-rattling. That's $750 billion of wealth destroyed -- roughly equal to estimates of the value of Greenland.

And so ~in dollar terms~ his shenanigans have already cost the US one Greenland, and we've got nothing to show for it.

Fairly sure it’s unintentional, but the end date on this mug being sold by the Smithsonian does make it sound a little like they’re saying America dies in 2026…

This government has introduced the first new anti-LGBT legislation since Thatcher. If he still supports them at this point he's got to expect pushback on that.

Going through the whole interviewing process pretending she's not transphobic and within 5 minutes of getting the job begging for a meeting with the most transphobic charity in the country and salivating over what rights to remove next from trans people.

It's so disturbingly Trumpian.

The fact it's currently 2-1 (Peggie and Kelly - Darlington) in the Employment Tribunals demonstrates pretty clearly that whatever else the Supreme Court delivered it did not deliver clarity.

(More to follow when we can find a copy of the judgment.)

For those who know what this means, and this I think acts as a microcosm of the quality of the broader legal analysis - the judgment makes extended discussion of the Article 8 rights of trans people, without any reference whatsoever to Goodwin. Not sure how.

There is the case of Croft - confirmed in the Scottish Ministers case by the Supreme Court as good law - which conflicts with this judgement and is not addressed in it.

There will be appeals in these cases but right now, the law is a total mess and which ones are overturned on appeal will be key:

Virgin Active decided to restrict changing room access based on 'biological sex'. We're acting for, and financially supporting, a non-binary transmasculine person and a trans woman who are suing it for breaching the Equality Act.

We've published the Letter Before Action.

Last summer Virgin Active banned trans people from bathrooms and changing rooms across the UK – so we’re taking them to court

I left university in 2019 with £49,600 of debt. A few months later, I became an MP and have since received a salary that puts me in the top 5% in the country. 6 years on, the repayments from my salary have brought this total to down to £48,600 - just £1,000 less.
