one of the biggest fiction franchises in the world is based on a book series made so slowly that the author is going to die before finishing the last 𝘵𝘸𝘰 books in the series, but tell me more about your slop that even the author didn't read

No, no, you really don't care about that 5 year old US citizen, either, man.
Gonzales on Liam Ramos and his family: "They're not gonna qualify for asylum. So what do you do with all the people that go through the process and do not qualify for asylum? You deport them. I understand that 5-year-old and it breaks my heart. I also think, what about that 5-year-old US citizen?"

Lindsey Vonn did not crash because of her ACL.

I got up early this morning to watch the women's downhill event at the Olympics. I watched the whole event, from the pre-show to Team USA's Breezy Johnson posting the gold-winning time to Lindsey Vonn being medevaced off the mountain.

The mainstream media needs a "political showdown" story angle to ICE or they won't cover it.

What is the red team doing and how is the blue team responding? What are the implications on the midterms or Newsom's or Pritzker's 2028 run?

Los Angeles, Chicago, Minneapolis, ICE raids never slowed down.

We distributed rents one by one.
We can’t even think about March rent yet.

The most likely reason Elon Musk finally disabled Starlink for Russian soldiers is because he wants to take SpaceX public and get a trillion dollar valuation for this IPO.

If the Russians were using Starlink to commit war crimes, then investors might have boycotted his IPO.

For broader context when Surya Bonaly did it the backflip was illegal and resulted in a deduction.

Was racism a factor? Yes. But so was safety.

The backflip is no longer illegal (you don't get deductions) but you don't get points for doing it, IIRC. Ilia Malinin is doing it just b/c he can
Surya Bonaly and the "illegal" backflip. Sorry but there can't be rules here this entire sport is yo that shit is cool so the score should be on how cool this is or how smooth you are doing cool shit. You get a score for cool and for smooth.

The GOP just had its best chance to finally flip a legislative seat in Trump 2.0. Democrats had other ideas.

Chasity Martinez just won a rural Trump+13 in the Louisiana House in a 24-point landslide—an overperformance of 37 points.
