I put some of my favorite rocks in my pajama pockets and I had a good dream in which I loaned them to someone who needed electricity for a medical procedure because the power had gone out and it was successful.🖤🖤🖤

Three smooth shiny black stones on a brown wooden table. One is about 2.5 inches by 2 inches, by 1 inch, and the other two are about 1 inch by 1 inch by .75 inch. The two smaller stones have little gold-colored flecks in them. I don’t know what kind of mineral they are. The larger one is obsidian.

Brian Strahan supporters are making the case on the I Love NE FB group (the bad one) to vote for Brian because he’s liked by republicans. When the person initially making this point tried to then distance it from saying Trump supporters like him, the Trump supporting moderator confirmed it.

Just woke up from a frustrating dream where I was trying to compose a post supporting my favorite city council member, and I couldn’t find the right connecting links and the font was changing on its own, and when I’d click “post” the whole thing would disappear. The Charter Commission Government Structure Work Group met today at 4 PM. 🧵

TLDR: The work group was in agreement on limiting the positions subject to council confirmation, however, the group was split on exactly how far to go. Public Works was a main point of contention.

It’s hard to overstate how incredible @jchavezmpls.bsky.social was at the Ward 9 forum on Monday night. Besides being a gifted public speaker, he demonstrated over and over that he views unhoused people and people who use drugs as fully human and fully worthy of housing and health and life.
