Yes, they are the criminal ones and they need to stop acting like they can just put whatever into shitty ToS and make that law. Contract parts that are illegal in the first place are not applicable! That’s not new, either!
I will say this until I’m blue in the face. They are practicing therapy without a license. And that ChatGPT never posted a suicide phone number, instead encouraged him by telling him where to find bullets/ guns is criminal. And every executive who is profiting off of this should be charged.
