The relevant law allows for significant fines for companies, and for fines and up to 14 years in prison for directors or officers of companies that commit offences with their consent, connivance or neglect. There's no gap in the law here. X needs to be subject to criminal investigation.

There is an extension of York Street in Manchester, called New York Street. I am doubtful that it was built before New York the city and can't find any evidence quickly, but it'd be nice.

Quite a good insult for humans as well, I reckon: "He thinks he's a big deal but when it comes right down to it he's nothing more than organised water."
I once heard someone who had a decent amount of knowledge about these sort of things describe jellyfish as "essentially just organised water" and I still think about that quite a lot.
