It's not Universe Heroes, it's Project R.E.D.: Records of Extraordinary Dimensions. Like Sentai, the focus is on Red heroes, as the name suggests.
Super Space Sheriff Gavan Infinity is indeed the first project.

Went to the Final Fantasy IX 25th Anniversary Exhibition, took something like 500 pictures and spent way too much on commemorative junk.
Loved it. 10/10 would go again.

A friend reminded me of the time back in 2016 when Stu Levy was still with Tokyopop & uploaded a full fansub of Angel's Egg onto their official YouTube channel, leading to me having to not only ask if they owned the rights (they did not), but to actually explain to him that that was uh, illegal lol.
