I dont know if ICE Whistles are going to be a thing in minneapolis like they are in Chicago but there has been ICE activity in the twin cities this past week so I figure it wouldn't hurt to distribute some.

The thing that gets me are the inconsistent sidewalks. Walkways are super narrow or uneven or torn up with construction or have trees with giant metal plates planted practically in the middle of the sidewalk. Some streets its like a wacky obstacle course.
