I can't emphasize how important it is for people to understand that unless something FAR BIGGER than an election win happens, this is a pipe dream.

It would take quite a bit to get past qualified immunity.

I can't emphasize enough how important it is that the next attorney general set a team to go through ICE records with a fine tooth comb and prosecute individual agents.

It's the only way to stop this from happening again.

Mother reported him missing a week ago—turns out ICE had him detained the whole time.

in hindsight, i should not have used the baguette as an example, because that allows people to believe i am a man of skill, culture and taste who may bake other breads but defers when presented with a particular challenge, as opposed to an uncultured brute who hates baking across the board

there are breads that i enjoy making myself — any quickbread, sourdough boules and batards, flatbreads, biscuits etc. — but you’ll never catch me making a baguette or croissant at home. i live a short bike ride from three boulangeries!

But that is precisely the situation right now according to SCOTUS itself. They are constantly deciding major issues via the shadow docket, without any reasoning or final order, to ensure those rulings are *not* legally binding and can be reversed whenever they feel like it. That is illegitimate.
