They legit expected that after the supreme court ruling we'd all go "Well golly gee, shucks, I guess that's that, time to adhere to the strict gender norms assigned when the doctor slapped my ass" and they will never stop being mad that we just ignored them instead.
If you're not familiar with just how unhinged the "Gender Critical" movement is, this thousand strong class action thing might just seem like a random ass-pull, but what it is is that they believe there's going to be some moment where all trans people will just suddenly stop being trans all at once.
