It took me many decades to get over the snobbery of not using back-of-the-box recipes, but y'all, they're printed there for a reason. I used Karo's pecan pie recipe this year and it was, by far, the best I've ever made.

How awful. This is outright health disinformation, lying to the American people. Not only is there massive evidence showing no link between vaccines & autism, there’s not even a plausible mechanism based on what we’ve learned about the genetics of autism, some environmental exposures in pregnancy

Conservatives accused journalists of being biased liberals (w/o evidence), repeated it so often it became an unspoken (untrue) truth. Outlets hired more conservative writers & editors to stem the criticism (it didn't work - the criticism was bad faith) until the outlets became majority conservative.

Please, God, let me never be the kind of guy who thinks it's important to redeem Nazis. Please, let me never be the kind of guy who thinks those who once supported Nazis now deserve a national platform.
In order to move men, we have to welcome folks who have done things in the past we abhor. We have to allow folks to redeem themselves.
