Lurker with cat pictures.
To expound a bit: while for practical purposes any mammal is susceptible to any strain of rabies, there are some characteristic differences that can provide a clue to where an infection came from. Twenty-odd years ago I saw a table with the strain ID of fatal human cases, and most were bat strains.
If a bat touches you and you're not controlling it like this with thick gloves and knowing what you're doing

You need to get a rabies vaccination and I'm deadly serious.

If a bat *touches* you.
PSA for any bat-friends inspired by this post: thick work gloves like the ones being worn in this picture are absolutely necessary before attempting to handle a bat! Do not let it anywhere near bare skin! And if it appears ill or is acting erratically, do not approach, just call a pro

At Home Depot, in the parking lot is a Mini Cooper with an apparent diplomatic plate -- real or fake I cannot say, front license plates aren't required here -- that says WHR2NXT?

However, President Trump’s decision to carry out extensive military strikes in Venezuela and remove Maduro from power without congressional approval or a clear plan for the future does not make the world more secure or Americans better off.

I don't know how many times it needs to be said that you absolutely should not let fucking "AI" anywhere near your legal contracts, either in creating them or evaluating them, but apparently it needs to be said at least one more time, so allow me to say it again, here, right now

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has stated that the 1918 flu pandemic was caused by a lab virus from vaccine research, a defective influenza vaccine. Let’s analyze what a lie this is. First, in 1918, 107 years ago, virology was in its infancy
