Similarly, the last box of loose tea sample tins has had a fair number that didn't pass my QC.

(I think there's 20 available now.)

If you think the bags I use are neat, I've just added a bunch of the 8 oz size to the Scratch and Dent section of the shop. (My QC standards are pretty high, and these didn't pass aesthetic muster.)

{re-upping a personal mutual aid request}

hey Seattle area friends! still looking for someone to foster a 3 year old, 45 pound husky for a friend who lost their housing until they get back on their feet.

Could I get a boost? happy to share additional details with anyone interested 🩵🐕

Pretty sure I did my first aeropressing wrong (the vacuum/stop dripping thing didn't really happen) but it's not a bad cup of coffee even with the fail.

Will try again soonish.

And I ended up answering "neither" to the above question and brewing up a cup of Hope Defiant instead.

...shipping to the EU is much more complicated now than it was when I began this...

And now I am confronted with a blender-of-things dilemma.

Do I test the new tool for making coffee, or do I have a cup of the newly batch-sized Tybalt's Trust?

And Court of Dreaming Cats smells really amazing.

*really needs to find another jin xuan supplier*

...especially because I really want to make the teas for Fogbound and Golden and...

*sighs*

This is what I get for creating tea lore.

Apropos of nothing in particular - Rise Up is such a tasty tea.

Similar, actually, when I take a step back and think about it.

But also deeply frustrating. (For reasons of how slow my recovery feels to me but how swift it apparently looks from the outside (especially medically) - among others.)

But I am excited to see how some seeds planted in it grow.

This is skeet 106 in this thread.

Which I am annotating so I can actually start numbering them going forward.

(Since sooner or later here I will start either S&L or the "I need all the information of certain sorts in a spreadsheet and not just for tea" reread.)

(106/?)

I have a bunch of really sleep inducing data entry and design work that I really Have To Do.

As it is stuff that requires very little brain, I will need something to distract the rest of mine while I do it.

Thus, I am looking for the podcasts and shows that are diverting you/bringing you joy.

I actually have a survey up on the website that lets me zero in on suggestions, if you'd like the link.

I would like to thank @sagenatural.bsky.social for helping get me through the semester with their truly amazing teas!
5 tins and a large bag of Desert Sage Natural teas with a loose leaf teapot in foreground. If you haven’t tried their teas you really really should.

Denizens of my Discord server are currently voting on which Raspberry and Cherry teas should be rereleased first.

*has decided to choose hope/forward motion in a handful of ways recently*
