The computer on which I keep all my writing related stuff seems to have gone the way of the dodo. 😭😭😭 And while I saved the MS Word files of my stories (of course, I did that!), I somehow failed to save the formatting files of my formatting software. 😭 #AuthorFail

Very revealing that several Germans have got in touch to say that their chancellor’s comments about migrants were not directed at me. First of all, that would imply I shouldn’t care. Secondly, to imply that non-white races are inherently more likely to commit crime is an attack on *all* migrants.

Don’t look now…but I think BlueSky has pulled off an old-school Internet magic: a family member passed & left behind a sweet baby husky on the other side of the continent…and BS angels came forward to relay her to me in time to get her out of the shelter.
I think my dogbaby’s coming home, guys!

what's the tiniest microtrope in romance that lights your soul on fire?
examples: mine is when a person's expression subtly "softens" while looking at their LI in public
I have a friend who loves when 2 characters sit on opposite sides of a wall/closed door and each press their hands to it
