Someone can be shitty and not a great person and still not deserve to be disappeared by our federal government. I think that’s important to hold true when people who can be wedges to divide people when the violation of first amendment rights is on the line. Idk that’s my feeling about this.

Truly the whole city—very much including @jchavezmpls.bsky.social —is running around collecting cash, trying to meet thousands or rent deadlines, exhausting our personal fundraising networks, hugging other helpers in the bank lobby, losing sleep…and he’s posting through it.
