I’m at that age where I pulled a muscle in my shoulder somehow over the weekend & I don’t know how. So far the best guess is…
I moved wrong while sleeping 😕
Getting old sucks. I hate this. The pain is borderline debilitating. Maxing out on the OTC pain meds just takes the of the edge off

Went outside to shovel. My new glasses transitioned into shades fairly quick as designed. Now that I’m back inside and my glasses are still frozen, it’s taking a lot longer to transition back. So I’m blind. 🥶😎

Yes this is real. Chicago’s Metra Railroad uses special burners under the rail switches to keep them from freezing and preventing them from being able to operate safely.
