If I could change ONE THING about TTRPG reviews I would force people to engage with the quality of the physical books themselves, not just the content inside.
It feels vanishingly rare to see a reviewer discuss form factor, paper stock, binding, cover treatments, or general durability etc. 1/2

Gating multiplayer behind single player progress.

I believe strongly anymore that it is the responsibility of every denizen of the Internet to keep it cool, human, and to make it weird wherever possible. The past days of the computer being cool might be behind us, but that doesn't mean that we can't carve out cool niches today, imo

"Respect is stronger than love" is an adage you have to cling to in order to identity an abusive situation, especially when someone has authority over you. They may care about you, they may even love you, but that doesnt necessarily mean they treat you with dignity and consideration

Poison swamps are of course a classic, and cursed swamps have their place, but I kind of want swamps for all of the other random status ailments that pop up in console RPGs. I want to see the swamp where touching the water turns you into an atheist.
