It's primarily for cooking and baking when you want to be able to control the salt levels. Also some people have medical issues where they can't have as much salt.

We're basically watching EA Games, one of the biggest publishers in the industry, slowly being fed into a woodchipper. It's a very realistic scenario that by this time next year, there will be no more EA. No more Battlefield, no more Mass Effect, no more Dragon Age, no more Sims.

I do think this is a win. Like it's not the end of fascism in America but it's a nice reminder that as much as this admin and its corporate collaborators love to pretend to have strength and control, they will quickly back down with even the smallest bit of community coordination and pushback.
