One wonders what happens when this info comes out at trial or hearing? Won’t there be a claim of misconduct for knowingly bringing charges you know are invalid?

It was me being sarcastic about the “generosity” of ins cos.

A podcaster I listen to was trying to get an mri as he was having nerve issues, and the Dr wanted to get a baseline scan to use to see if it gets worse in the future. Cigna denied it since they had no proof it was getting worse. 🤷🏾‍♂️

They even offered to waive all deductibles. I thought about it but still declined. The next day a rep showed up, with the police, wanting to make sure I wasn’t being forced not to have the surgery. They verified all family and friends weren’t kidnapped and everything.

I had an injured foot. Doctor said it would heal itself in a while or I could have expensive surgery. I decided on the former.

By the time I got home, I had three phone calls from the insurer asking if I was aware that my life could be better quicker with surgery. 1/

Also, how the hell does 357 know what Jesus would celebrate in heaven. He told you all how to act on earth (and you don’t do that). Not how to act once you get to party central.
