“Signal is a honeypot” is definitely what I’d say if I was a fed who wanted people to move away from platforms I don’t have a backdoor to.
The sudden intense uptick in posts claiming Signal is insecure without proof other other than alluding to special knowledge at a time when successful organizing via the app has been critical to success in MN reads as a grift at best, and an op at worst.
Stonekettle Station (Jim Wright) has been here on Bluesky 4 a while. It seems that the community here got riled abt something he said. Well, the community here is wrong. Not 2 say the guy can’t make a bad comment sometimes, but if u follow what he has 2 say, you’ll know he’s anti-MAGA & quite smart.
