Let me rephrase: it's interesting that of all the rich, mainly old white men that Epstein had close connections with, the only people who are in prison or under criminal invwstigation are a woman and a gay man. It says alot about who we feel comfortable about making accountable and who we do not.

i think it is best to understand that behaving in a way that makes people describing you accurately sound like a crank is part of the strategy and part of the violence, it is done specifically for that reason, and it is made specifically to capitalize on and harm people with delusions
I don't know how to integrate this into my worldview without becoming a crank, or even more of a crank. I try very hard to remain a sensible, steady person always firmly in touch with reality but reality increasingly resembles a roller coaster during an earthquake.

Volunteers w/ Safe Haven wait at the gate & do sweeps of the woods, with warm clothes, a burner, and a ride home, "so no one is left alone at the gate."

I spent the evening outside the Whipple federal building in Minneapolis, where the feds have been releasing people they detained — often for no discernible reason — into the freezing cold... wearing whatever little clothing they had on at the time they were taken.
