Eric von Stroheim hated his role in the movie but needed the money, IIRC.

On balance this is bad, but a twisted part of me is looking forward to hearing how Kirk will demonstrate her ignorance of Northern Ireland.
American conservative Erika Kirk is expected to visit Northern Ireland as part of a tour to recruit young people to Turning Point, the organisation founded by her murdered husband.

There was a #StarTrekProdigy Art Book in the works. I was going to co-write it.

It went into limbo when it was removed from Paramount+ with uncertainty if Season Two would find a home. Then more uncertainty when Paramount was merging with Skydance.

If you want it — Trek fans should rally for it!
That said, if they don't release a #StarTrekProdigy art book it will be a literal crime.

This tool dates back to 2021, before the generative AI boom that one might associate with an article like this. So it's just another, related shitty implementation of machine learning we all have to worry about. Wonderful.
When AI was added to a tool for sinus surgery: “Cerebrospinal fluid leaked from one patient’s nose. In another… a surgeon mistakenly punctured the base of a patient’s skull. In two other cases, patients suffered strokes after a major artery was accidentally injured”

What a wonderfully unpleasant surprise that was. Sometimes you randomly pick the most miserable movie imaginable and it's exactly what you need. I'm still collecting my thoughts on this one, but goddamn I liked it

I don’t know how else to explain it, but all the characters on Voyager seem like they came from the suburbs. They weren’t all in the same school district, but they knew each other from forensics meets
