This is not accurate. The ICE funding is ALREADY paid out from the Big Ugly Bill that NO DEMOCRATS VOTED FOR through 2029–ICE gets 183 *million* per month already regardless of any new bills currently in Congress & this was entirely on the Republicans.

The purpose of (5) by the way is not because I think this is about training, but purely to both a) make most of their agents field-ineligible and b) give them a huge training bottleneck to delay them staffing up and prevent them just shifting CBP guys over to ICE.
