To have a member of the ACNA Exec Committee serve as an outlet for Ruch to frame his case to a wider audience is deeply problematic.

Gauthier, a former UMD Bishop's Council member & wife to the UMD Canon Theologian - is functionally running court interference for Ruch.

While Gauthier castigates Runyan at length, not a single mention is made of the Court’s April order (that evidence re investivate process was improper) being violated by the Court itself, which places her authorial bias on clear display.

Undisclosed in either the Abp's email or in Serebrov's resume is the fact that he received a certificate of Anglican Studies from St. Paul's House of Formation, which is run by the Greenhouse Movement.

Folks will recall that in 2023, Ruch tried to bypass the trial court and get the Tribunal (Supreme Court) to throw out the case against him. Now during the trial, a member of the court introduced undisclosed evidence outside the trial's scope seemingly in favor or Ruch.

After Mark Rivera was accused of sexual abuse, Ruch was aware that Rivera had previously been around minors at Church of the Resurrection and yet Ruch did not take appropriate steps to address possible harm to others. Ruch evidenced concern about Rivera's behavior in that he
and his wife spoke with their own daughter to see if she had been abused by Mark Rivera, but Ruch did not show similar concern by informing other parents of the abuse. Thus, he failed to show appropriate pastoral concern for other minors and parents in the Resurrection/Christ Our Light orbit, neglecting his duty to the flock.
At this time, Ruch was not only bishop, but still the Dean of Resurrection, the diocesan
Cathedral.

The province is long overdue to make this public - it was signed and submitted 2.5 years ago and only last week (1 month before Ruch's trial) was it temporarily made public.

If you're in the ACNA - especially if you attend Rez - I encourage you to read this 9 page doc and learn the exact charges.
