Congress should pass a law to set up a special court to try these Trump officials. They can do so under existing law and the Constitution.

You wish they would think more big picture about these things. NYC Marathon Sunday is seemingly always an absolutely horrendous showing by the MTA with significant service changes and reductions on what is probably their busiest Sunday of the year. It really represents the city poorly.

Here's one way to put this: I'm turning 43 in March. In all likelihood, the rolling stock the MTA procures now is going to last most of, if not all of, the rest of my life. Once that decision is made not to go with open gangways, those cars are locked in for a very time.
