The best thing I learned from Macaulay Culkin at last night’s Home Alone screening is that his 4yo son loves the movie, thinks of himself as Kevin, and has no idea that that’s his dad. Culkin is attempting to hide that fact for as long as possible

A mayoral candidate saying maybe the city should cover the cost of bus rides gets the full socialism panic treatment before he even tries it.

A sitting president taking billions of dollars worth of shares in private companies gets “I must say, a tad unusual” after it’s been going for nearly a year.

I've read all of Rebecca's and other's excellent previous work on L. Krauss being terrible, but I finally got around to watching her latest video anyway and it was, unsurprisingly, worth it.
A great resource if you need to check if a man defends these shits out of ignorance or out of solidarity.
Mainstream news covered the Jeffrey Epstein emails related to ppl like Trump. Today, I want to take a look at Epstein's correspondence with prominent atheist and physicist Lawrence Krauss, who asked the pedophile's advice on responding to accusations of sexual assault skepchick.org/2025/11/so-i...

People who pirate books: “I just think art and literature should be FREE to everyone!”

Yes, I too would love to live in a world where art is accessible freely to all and yet artists are paid a living wage, but as this magical wagical pixie wixie land does not exist, please don’t steal from us.

I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

I cannot imagine what could possibly go wrong in trying to court-martial an astronaut and pilot decorated multiple times for valor and exceptional service, who is also a sitting senator, for correctly making the point that service members are obliged not to follow unlawful orders
Hegseth is now threatening to recall Sen. Mark Kelly to active duty in order to court martial him.

So nominate me for stuff if you know how. I'm going to hide in a blanket fort. 😴

Trump's peace efforts are what happens when you make decisions solely by KPIs. Trump thinks that "make war ends" is a goal in and of itself regardless of any other factors. Well he's also leaning towards rewarding might, but the biggest flaw in his reasoning is his desire to rack up peaces.

Meanwhile, in addition to all the people mystified by Trump’s reaction, we have a related crowd who are like “I’m really puzzled that this guy—who recently got himself elected Mayor of New York as a 34 year old socialist Muslim—approached his meeting with Trump in a politically savvy manner”.

🤷🏿‍♂️Y'all are worried about the price of Bitcoin? Meanwhile, UPI does 700 million transactions *a day*, on track for 1 billion a day by 2027.

To put that in perspective, there have only been about 1.3 billion Bitcoin transactions ever.

(Right now a bunch of crypto bros are like "What's UPI?")

Gavin Newsom's 3 most powerful rivals are his biggest obstacle to the presidency in 2028. Those 3 powerful rivals are:

1) His own hatred of homeless people

2) His weird obsession with trans kids in sports

3) His desire to be liked by the far-right

He needs to defeat all 3. But they are strong!🤡
If he ends up being the Democrat on the presidential ticket in 2028, you would rather vote republican or not vote at all because of this issue?? That’s the million dollar question. Not the hill I would die on and def not worth losing an election over!
