The trans community’s trust in the NHS’ new puberty blocker trial is low and I can’t help but wonder whether they could have prevented that by involving ANY trans people in its design or operation, and maybe not involving several people who have attended conferences of anti-LGBTQ hate groups

The losses of so many at this point are almost beyond grief. I don't think you can be in or around the community without having experienced one or more incredibly tragic losses.
It's bleak, but I stopped mentioning TDOR or TDOV cos too many people I cared about can only ever be remembered as a result of their experience of being visible.

Riley Gaines wasn't even beaten by Lia Thomas. She has built an entire career on coming joint fifth in a uni swimming race. This is all because she's sad she was never ever going to make it to the Olympics whether trans women existed or not.
