I came to Minneapolis to report on what's going on, and one of the main questions I showed up with is "just what is the scale of the resistance?" After all, we're all used to the news calling Portland a "war zone" or whatever when it's just some protests in one part of town.

I think what’s so enraging about this is that the senator knows what’s happening here. She’s choosing to turn her backs on us and instead speaking to disengaged or outstate folks to cultivate her support there. It’s a real betrayal of her constituents who are in danger.

There’s reports that there will be 1,000 more agents coming to our city. We need that same surge in residents out patrolling our streets. Even if you can’t patrol, come work from a coffee shop on one of cultural corridors so you can be there to show up for our neighbors.
