Reminder: All flood water is shit water. By the time you've got water in city streets it means your sewers are backed up. ITS ALL SHIT. Don't drink it, don't let it get close to mucus membranes if you can avoid it, avoid touching it if at all possible. Its all fun and games until you get dysentery.
