As a principled libertarian, I believe that anyone who doesn't immediately do what ICE says should be shot dead. And as a principled states' rights advocate, I believe that the federal government should not allow states to prosecute these shootings.

Trump has somehow managed to not only shred the Constitution and shatter international norms but also betray his propagandists who were celebrating the end of authoritarianism in Venezuela, leaving the same people in power so he can baldly loot the country.
This uhh lady down there who Marco had a really nice phone chat with is gonna do it for us. Won’t cost a thing.

It should be a national scandal that the President nominated a person who describes themselves as having a “Nazi streak.”
Ok, yes, Trump nominee Paul Ingrassia did say, “I do have a Nazi streak in me from time to time, I will admit it."

But, the kid was just 29 years old. Barely able to drive or buy a beer.

these people are actually out of their fucking minds and im so sick of being told we need to pretend otherwise
Besides linking Tylenol in pregnant women to autism, RFK Jr. now says circumcision is part of the reason why kids are autistic.

"Children who are circumcised early have double the rate of autism, and it's highly likely because they're given Tylenol. None of this is positive..."

Is JD Vance’s entire platform as a politician built around, “Did you even say ‘thank you’?”
What I can’t get over is just how interpersonally unpleasant this is. Think about good leaders in history, no matter who you think that is - would any of them go to a minority critic and tell them to “express a little gratitude” with a sneer? Of course not, because it makes your skin crawl

Cops and feds have successfully split up the demonstration now.

No, I don't want my kids to grow up in a country where bombings, assassinations, beatings, and all of that are part of the expected course of social and political life. You can feel however you want about the guy, but you have to be a truly spectacular dumbass to not see how this leads to bad places
What a laughable, totally expected liberal take. You can't hold your nose, just once? You want people to feel bad for celebrating the death of a man who celebrated the death of so many, wrote off the death of children as the price to pay for muh freedom? Yet another display of fishhook theory.

Political violence is bad. It usually begets more political violence.

Celebrating political violence is bad. It usually encourages more political violence, against various targets.

Campus shootings are bad. They make everyone on campus less safe.

It's bad that what I wrote here is controversial.

The bare minimum for the 2028 candidate:

- Pack the Court

- bring back J6 and docs cases (they were dismissed without prejudice!)

- Bribe takers and bribe makers jailed

- DHS abolished

This is the Wide Awakes minimum. You can quibble about timing and sequencing, but these have to happen.
