It is not believable because this is complete bullshit.
Trump: "Transgender for everyone! Bring your kids in, we're gonna change the sex of your child. Just send them our way. In some cases, like in Minnesota, they don't even tell the parents. Nobody believes it when I say it. They operate on the kid, they don't tell the parents. It's not believable."

The question I've always asked my conservative friends is this: if there *were* such a conspiracy in any state to rig the 2020 election, what's the minimum number of people who would've had to be involved, and how is it that no one has leaked anything?
At what point would you, a diehard Trump supporter, start to wonder why, in an environment where Republicans control every branch of federal government and all of law enforcement, no one in any state has been convicted of widespread voter fraud for the 2020 election, or even charged with the crime?

A reminder - before Trump, MAGA, Musk and Fox rewrote history - that this is what the entire country agreed had happened five years ago today:

When Trump is gone, the world will still never look at us the same way again. They will know that another Trump may be only another four short years away. We did this to ourselves.

Can we please have Trump’s plan to have taxpayers reimburse oil companies for their costs in Venezuela put in an appropriations bill so representatives of the people can vote on the record whether they support that like the Founders intended? Congress still exists, right?

If the DEA had killed 80 innocent Americans in the course of apprehending one drug dealer, there would be riots. But we are so ghoulishly indifferent to the lives and humanity of people abroad that it's barely even part of the conversation.
A reminder that the US killed 80 people in Venezuela, and it would be nice if the US media cared enough to think that the life of a grandmother in Caracas whose building is destroyed by a US bomb matters as much as the life of a person in the US.

What if, and bear with me on this coz its going to sound radical, the Washington Post's Editorial Board could reach out to actual experts on this topic rather than rely on right-wing youtubers?

"It was just an arrest."

Such an arrest In the US, executed by killing 80 innocent people, would put everyone involved in it in prison for the rest of their lives.

It’s sobering to look back on the run-up to the Iraq war—a period of unceasing chattering-class debate, elaborate official lies, media complicity, unavailing global protest, in the end a giant stitch-up—and have it seem like some sort of paradise of public deliberation compared to these gangsters.

NEVER forget this. We had an actual ex-head of state who directed a drug cartel in our custody, and Trump pardoned him.
Let's not forget that Trump just pardoned Juan Orlando Hernández - ex-Honduras president who backed a coup, committed election fraud, violently repressed activists, lawyers, Indigenous people, youth etc - and was entenced to 35 years by an American jury for trafficking drugs and weapons into the US

Exactly. These are not the same thing. Either this was a highly kinetic police operation or the US now runs Venezuela. If it's a policing operation, sovereign power of Venezuela doesn't come in as a package deal.
Either it was a limited operation merely to arrest Maduro and move on, or, it is an ongoing major regime change committment that will open up a transition including international and private sector partners. It really can't be both

Rep. Seth Moulton comes on CNN and starts by saying: "Is anyone going to just stop for a second and be honest? This is insane. What the hell are we doing? We've got a lot of problems in America today, and invading / occupying / running Venezuela does not solve any of them."

President Donald Trump told reporters that the US is 'going to run' Venezuela until a safe transition of power can take place, after US forces captured Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
