we don't have very much but we can strip anybody who works for ICE of any social niceties whatsoever. you find out somebody is with them? they don't get to be ANYTHING to you anymore. and tell them WHY. it SUCKS to be ostracized and stigmatized. please use it on somebody who's earned it for once

-human tries to use art to perfectly communicate something they see or feel
-they fail
-in failing, their fingerprints get all over the art
-other humans see the fingerprints and find them beautiful, learn something unexpected about the human that created the art which is beautiful

I'll just speak to one of the frustrating realities of the comics industry - while the world wide web was fantastic for connecting readers, creators and publishers, it also sort of destroyed any ability to make money through comics.

They're trying so hard to justify a murder. And every American should know: if they kill you, this is what they'll do to you.

Hiveworks artists have dealt with SO much over years of mismanagement, and they need your support. There's a "How You Can Help" tab of their statement that calls for supporting affected Hiveworks artists, spreading the word, and perhaps, most importantly - reducing speculation!
The Hiveworks Artist Guild has released a public statement alleging years of labor abuses, financial mismanagement, and misconduct at Hiveworks at the hands of Xellette “Xel” Velamist and Isabelle “Isa” Melançon. Read their full statement at:

“bsky is boring!”

1) good
2) social media should not be a cornerstone of your everyday entertainment
3) I find new artists to follow every day and look at pretty art endlessly on here when I feel like it
4) get a tactile hobby where you create something with your hands
5) read book
6) walk outside

I can't believe how tired I am. I didn't sleep at all last night because I had a nightmare that my dad was stalking me and destroyed some of my favorite books in front of me.

“I can’t draw so I have to use Ai” is equivalent to someone saying “I don’t want to study for the bar test so how am I supposed to become a lawyer”

Women are, without hyperbole, the most wonderful thing to ever exist. I am not joking. I am not exaggerating. The MOST wonderful thing.

The "AI is just a tool" people need to realize that it is made specifically to destroy the working class, just like the atomic bomb was a "tool" created to kill as many people as possible. Maybe it it could be useful in the future, but in the current global environment, it is ONLY harmful.

I don't "feel" like a woman as much as I know that I'm *anything* but a man. I've wrestled with this concept for most of my transition, but I'm finally coming to terms with it.

You can do both!

Get hard copies. Especially of queer art, books, music, films. We’ve got to be archivists whether we want to be or not. I’m not going to see more things I love burn.
