JUST IN: Redistricting in Indiana is officially DEAD. The State Legislature has decided NOT to move forward.

A win for democracy, a win for fairness, and another humiliation for Trump, as it occurs shortly after a Grand Jury said "NO" to indicting Tish James - for the third time.

Another federal judge in Chicago tried this morning to get answers out of a Justice Department lawyer about whether the city will see another immigration enforcement surge like the one this fall.

The DOJ again refused to answer, insisting that's "sensitive" law enforcement information.
NOW: In a hearing about conditions at the ICE Broadview facility, DOJ lawyer Jana Brady insists, "Broadview is back to being just a processing center."

"Nobody's staying overnight," she says.

Lawyers who brought the case disagree and say there are up to 40 people there daily.
