possibly controversial opinion: no, you should not be disarmed upon being accused of abusing weed. actually, that’s wild.
Correction: This case asks whether the government can disarm a person ACCUSED of illegally abusing drugs, not only convicted of it.
I still think SCOTUS will say yes. After all, it allowed the government to disarm people accused (but not convicted) of domestic abuse in Rahimi, 8–1.

During the PC era, people used to say writing slow code was fine because faster CPUs were coming in a year or two, thanks to Moore’s Law. Now it’s “let AI write code you don’t understand, future AI will fix the bugs.”

I dunno about anyone else, but I plan to remember which companies—and which of my peers—jumped on the “AI” grift bandwagon. I will remember long, long after the inevitable bubble-burst.
