Eben zwei Jugendliche (~16 J.) vom Rangierbahnhof geworfen.
Beide waren dabei, auf einen Kesselwagen zu klettern.

Absolut. Selbst in der Pandemie waren Anhörungen per Video in Betreuungssachen nach Ansicht des Bundestages undenkbar und der Untergang des Rechtsstaates. Aber hier geht es ja nur um Ausländer:innen.

Die Justizministerkonferenz möchte Anhörungen zu Abschiebehaft gerne per Videokonferenz ermöglichen. Ich bin ein großer Freund von der Möglichkeit, per Video anzuhören. Andere Länder machen das seit Jahrzehnten. (1/3)
