I think a lot about how the whole "epic bacon" "everything is better with bacon" etc. was a fully paid for publicity campaign by the pork industry, and there are still millions of people who think they suddenly became really passionate about bacon just because that's who they are as a person
i'm not saying this as anyone who knows anything about health; i'm saying it as someone who is an alleged expert in interest group politics: the American beef industry is all over MAHA, wellness, and podcast spaces.
