I know it's hard to stand up to authority, but standing up may just make them back down. Giving in may just mean getting more bullying.

Folks have asked and I’ve provided some articles a few times but here’s how I freeze the majority of my eggs for cooking and baking.
I use the muffin tins with silicone inserts because it allows me to freeze the eggs individually. 😂I’m not trying to guess at how many eggs are in bag or measure
