Good delivery drivers are a menace. They park literally anywhere, double parking, blocking entrances, sidewalks, and bike lanes because they’re in a hurry, only to wait 20 minutes inside because the order isn’t ready.
Let’s air those grievances. I want to hear your pettiest gripes on this the holiest of days.

I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases)

Caught a little nature today at the (free!) Garfield Park Conservatory, plus some bonus Chihuly sculptures. Then ate the most delicious tacos at a Mexican/Colombian fusion place nearby. Chicago remains the very best.
