Democrats in Congress need to immediately appoint an adhoc bicameral working group to organize civil society and the legal community to stop Trump's ongoing desecration of our national monuments and the Capital. This has gone too far. Congress must step up and fight.
So he’s announcing the demolition of the Kennedy Center, correct? He’s East-Winging it
Trump: "I have determined that the fastest way to bring The Trump Kennedy Center to the highest level of Success, Beauty, and Grandeur, is to cease Entertainment Operations for an approximately two year period of time, with a scheduled Grand Reopening that will rival and surpass anything."

You could add up all the corruption in US history from every Administration and not even sniff Trump’s year in office.

Every other President in history gets impeached unanimously for this. Every one.
WSJ: “.. The deal marked something unprecedented in American politics: a foreign government official taking a major ownership stake in an incoming U.S. president's company."

This was a bribe.

UAE royals gave the Trump family $500 million, and Trump, in his presidential capacity, gave them access to tightly guarded American AI chips.

The most powerful person on the planet, also happens to be the most shamelessly corrupt.

It is wild to me that a military incursion to steal another country’s resources so the president can have a personal slush fund in Qatar is like the 5th most scandalous thing currently happening.
this is a straightforward impeachable offense for trump, vance, rubio and every other person down the line who enabled it and the framers would have thought impeachment for it did not go nearly far enough
Marco Rubio: "The oil proceeds are being deposited into an account that ultimately will become a US Treasury blocked account here in the US. We will say 'this is what this money can be spent on.' They will submit to us a budget request -- 'we want to use the money on these things.'"

Fed’l judges still doing their jobs. And the point here is important-gov’t lawyers have a duty of candor to the courts. Concealing flaws in your argument violates that duty. Doing it persistently merits bar discipline. It’s time for the gloves to come off on this one for lawyers who disregard ethics
Judge Roy Dalton in Florida is threatening to sanction U.S. Attorney Gregory Kehoe for a "woeful, wholesale failure to point to scores of contrary persuasive cases" holding Trump's policy of denying bond hearings to detained migrants is unlawful. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

“ICE > MN” is impeachable by itself.
This is an actual post from Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth: Praising ICE after Alex Pretti was killed, blaming the Democratic leadership of Minnesota, and writing that ICE is greater/better than Minnesota.

He is actively demeaning the people of Minnesota just hours after Pretti was murdered.

Democrats can and must make it clear there will be trials and anyone even somewhat associated with ICE will face them. Maybe give a quit-your-job deadline on appeasement and give people 72 hours. I don't know. But currently the plan is to let them murder us in the street and get away with it.

They murder a man in cold blood and wait around to watch him die. There is no hell hot enough. Abolish DHS. Impeach, convict, remove. Trials as soon as possible.
UPDATE: @dropsitenews.com has obtained the very graphic video from the lady in the pink coat, which shows ICE executing yet another person in broad daylight:

Trump is waging war on the people of Minnesota. He’s threatening to go to war with our European allies. He is covering up the Epstein Files.

This is what it looks like when the president is a demented Nazi pedophile. If you bow down to him, you’re pathetic.

Donald Trump is a madman who has lost touch with reality. He and his henchmen do not think they are subject to the constitution or the law. You do not have any rights they feel they have to respect.

They think the should be allowed to murder people who disagree with them. That’s what this is about.

I wish Democrats would start just speaking the truth:

“ICE is killing American citizens in public for exercising their freedom of speech because Donald Trump wants to be a king.

This isn’t about immigration—Trump wants to make it illegal to oppose him, and to stay in power until he dies.”

Great idea for a screwball comedy: thief steals $100m in jewels, gets arrested, realizes his only chance is to engage with the dumbest and most incompetent group of fuckheads on earth (ICE) and get himself deported so he doesn't go to jail. www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026...

I try to avoid hyperbole when it comes to Trump policies, but this is absolutely frickin’ insane—on about eleventy different levels.

Massive, systemic Fourth Amendment violations because … reasons.
ICE secretly told its officers that any time someone has been ordered removed, ICE can break down their door.

It has been accepted for generations that the only thing which can authorize agents to break into your home is a warrant signed by a judge. No wonder ICE hid this memo!

MLK was only 39 when he was killed. Growing up, I thought that was old. But I’m 43 now and I’m stunned by the burden he shouldered at such a young age. I’m also a lot more aware of how hard it is, at any age, to carry the hopes and dreams of an oppressed people on your shoulders, as so many do.
