🚨BREAKING: On the 5th anniversary of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, the Trump White House launched a new website that rewrites the events of that day—portraying the violent effort to overturn the 2020 election as a miscarriage of justice and casting those who stormed the Capitol as victims.

Ukrainian traditions on Christmas Eve.

Many have faded over time,
but some are slowly returning, like the Didukh (I even bought one instead of a Christmas tree this year).

I want to look away for so many reasons. Instead, I've taken screenshots of every suspicious thing I've seen in the files since they were released. Would I rather be doing anything else on Christmas Eve rather than posting about Prince Andrew? Of course. But I worry that the documents may be gone. 👻
OMG. One million more documents? They announce this on Christmas Eve, thinking we will miss it? Not a chance!

the most notable thing JD Vance has done in the last five years is tell vicious racist lies about immigrants. If you think he hasn't taken a side on bigotry, you are an idiot. He's for it. He's very strongly for it.

Immigrants ‘plucked out of line’ at citizenship ceremony at Faneuil Hall “the cradle of liberty”.

If you ever claimed you want immigrants to do it the right way, this should outrage you. On the other hand, If you think this was okay, you need to come to terms with your white nationalist views.

Pete Hegseth sure is proud of committing murder.
This is what the so-called "Secretary of War" is tweeting amid reports that his department ordered a second strike to make sure they killed survivors of a boat they attacked that they allege with no proof carries drugs (which doesn't justify bombing them even it were true)

They served together from the start of russia’s invasion, survived captivity, and returned to the front.

We’re going to have to get used to this. 2026 and 2028 are likely to look very similar.

No matter what side of the aisle you’re on, attempts to prevent US citizens from voting should be a red line for you.

We can’t allow terroristic threats to keep us from the polls.
Breaking from NJ AG Platkin:

"Early this morning, law enforcement responded to threats that were received by email involving certain polling places in Bergen, Essex, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Passaic Counties. Law enforcement … have worked swiftly to secure these polling locations."
