God I didn't even get into this part because idk if we have time for me to discuss how puritanical social media algos and advertising rules are WRECKING US
also while OP has a point, platforms like tiktok dont allow you to talk positively about sex. it rewards this bizarre infantilizing of SPICE. So if you want me to talk about sex like im 15 and repressed to reach an audience, its not happening.
And as I pointed out to someone else: asking women who write about sex to go on video platforms and talk about books with sex in them is inviting them to submit themselves to a pretty horrifying level of sexual harassment and also judgement about if they're hot enough to be an authority on sex.

Honestly while I'm not about to get complacent, their polling numbers with independents are basically apocalyptic.
I'm actually starting to focus more on how we keep wishy-washy democrats from hugging and doing "all's forgiven" when this is over.

Not sure if anyone has said this yet but I'm thinking these AI techbros are living the colonizer slave-master mindset. They want to make something in the image of a human, that can think and talk and hopefully (for them, not me) feel as a human does. Then make it an unfree laborer. A slave.

Just so I'm clear on this, computer memory has tripled in price because a bunch of it that hasn't been produced yet has been ordered to populate GPUs that aren't installed in data centers that aren't built yet in order to service a demand that doesn't exist to make profits that don't happen.
