this is a key point - they know they're not dangerous cos if there was really an issue with 'side effects' it would be a blanket ban rather than different ONLY for trans kids

Restricting the availability of puberty blockers to trans kids but allowing them for cis kids is a blatant violation of NZBORA (1990) and the Human Rights Act (1993).
This will undoubtedly end up in court - very quickly as the subject of a Judicial Review.

This is playing out locally, we have the police prosecuting a victim of sexual assault for harmful digital communications, the communications being emails to the police because the police intentionally ignored the crimes on purpose. She wasn't allowed to want it to stop

During the height of the pandemic, Tyson used Palantir to predict Covid-19 infections among meatpacking workers down to a nearly exactly figure. But rather than using this data to increase worker protections, Tyson used it plan for labor shortages + plant closures
