And on that front, this album doesn't satisfy at all. I typically enjoy her songs that are sad, mad, or wistful & there's not quite enough of that for me.
On the plus side, none of the songs have made me cry & they did briefly elevate my mood.
Ah well, they can't all satisfy my very specific needs

The other girls at work (not in IT) kind of hate the new Taylor swift album & I can see their point, but Opalite & the Fate of Ophelia are undeniably catchy & the duet with Sabrina is lovely, & the Elizabeth Taylor song is very layered. However, I mostly listen to Taylor for cathartic purposes...

Regarding the alleged arrest of “the girlfriend of one of the founders of Antifa.”

1) it’s not illegal to date someone.

2) antifa is a leaderless and loosely organized ideology, not a group

3) if antifa did have a founder, I’m pretty sure it would be a 150 year old Italian person.

A lot going on here, but a religion note: DHS Assistant Sec. Tricia McLaughlin refers to Rev. Black as a "pastor" here — using quotation marks.

It's a notable slight against a faith leader's status, as Black is, in fact, an ordained minister of a church operating within the Presbytery of Chicago.
