Today I told my co-worker I was sad about D’Angelo dying and she said, “Who is D’Angelo?” Then a breeze caught my withered husk and I blew away into the night sky, never to be seen again.

Los Angelians: you have a responsibility, today on Indigenous Peoples Day, to shine light on the typhoon that just ravaged Alaskan villages & rally to provide care, support, & coverage of the devastation.

The world showed up for us when we had the fires. We were lucky to have FEMA-Biden. Speak up!

I wrote about Ta-Nehisi Coates and Ezra Klein, why swallowing live frogs is a bad idea, and how context and history can release you from bright-kid syndrome, the illusion that you yourself are going to have every answer or fix the world.
You don't have to swallow frogs
Klein and Coates show that if you don't know what your core beliefs are, you're going to get played.

Ok, I don’t know who signed me up for emails from the Daily Wire but thanks for the laughs, whoever you are! My favorite part is that they don’t just have headlines for each story, they have a jpg with the host of each show making a goofy “serious” face staring straight into the camera. Unreal.
