the same way the courts let the republicans smash through the federal government and civil service, they will make it impossible for any future democratic president to staff their agencies or clear out burrowed republican saboteurs in them. will make going back to pre-Trump status quo impossible
the thing that the next dem candidate for president will have to understand and have to explain is that this court, with these powers, will not let a democratic president or a democratic majority govern, and that president and that majority will have to respond accordingly.
the court during the first administration was bad enough, but whereas by the end of it, i wanted it reformed, now, in the second administration, i want it fucking destroyed
