In the UK, there is still no law that stops trans people from using the toilets that match their gender. That includes after the UK Supreme Court ruling on 16 April 2025, which the usual suspects are already trying to twist into a bathroom ban.

I’m heartened to read their trans inclusive response to the SC ruling and EHRC interim guidance.
When asking a small businesses about their toilet policy, probably more persuasive to quote Spoons’ rather than any complex legal stuff. I will be.
