I think it’s very important to give your children enough time in the car on long drives for them to be able to wistfully stare out the window in some dramatized version of whatever is going on in their little brains and let them feel that main character energy for a bit.

I’ve barely eaten for over a day now, not sure how much more urgent I can get. Barely a Christmas this year, no heat and no food. I’m tired and I don’t feel like posting why I need help 500 times to get help. It would just be nice. Helping my family helps four kids. Three under ten years old.

"Conservative views" are the threat and promise of unending violence enatced on people for the crime of making conservatives even momentarily uncomfortable, and they HATE that people have figured this out and are acting accordingly in self-defense.
What conservatives mean when they say they are "under attack for their views" is that they are being accurately understood as the sort of people who hold the sort of views conservatives hold, and that makes them afraid they will be treated the way conservatives treat those whose views they scorn.
